TRX Level 1

Certified in the proper set up of the TRX suspension system along with, utilizing the TRX in order to increase strength, flexibility, and overall level of fitness. 

Westside PT and Athletic Coaching

As a certified coach through the Westside Barbell Personal Training and Athletic Coaching Certification, I am excited to share the transformative knowledge and skills I gained from this prestigious program. This certification, developed by the renowned strength training expert Louie Simmons, has equipped me with the tools to optimize performance and achieve exceptional results for my clients. High Intensity Tactical Training Level 1 and 2

The HITT program provides hands-on training that includes TRX suspension training, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, dynamic movements, and nutrition.

HITT Level-1 about HITT methodology, basic exercise physiology, nutrition, programming, injury prevention, and functional fitness/ combat conditioning modalities.

HITT Level-2 covers advanced exercise techniques, biomechanics of movement, and theory of programming
